Nope.... here, there are plenty of free sites to upload images actually.... theres tinypic.com , imageshack.us , and photobucket.com (probaly more out there, but those are the ones I know of) .... those ones work fine..... On Photobucket you have to make an account (which is free) but on tinypic and imageshak, you can upload for free and you don't have to make an account.... hope that helped. =)
